Biography |
|
Mr.
Reese is married to Pat Dorenkamp-Reese, R.N., B.S.N., M.S., an
instructor at the Lancaster General Hospital and certified nurse
practitioner, and has three children, Jason, Christopher and Sara.
He formally served as President of both the Lancaster Chapter
of American Business Club and the Lancaster Mediation Center as well as serving
on the Boards of the Penn State Club of Lancaster County and the Manheim Township
Park and Rec. Board. He was one of the original six attorneys selected by the
Court to act as a Child Custody Conference Officer, a position he held for several
years. Mr. Reese received the Lancaster Bar Association "Access to Justice" Award
in the year 2000 for Pro Bono Services to the indigent.
His
interests include coaching youth sports, Penn State football and
photography. He was President of the Manheim Township's Corner Kick
Club in 1999, The Booster Club for Township's Boys' Soccer and was
instrumental in establishing the Journey Schuss Cup, a Traveling Trophy
awarded each soccer season to the overall winner of the
Township/Hempfield regular season soccer contests.
He
feels it is most important that we take pride and honor in serving our
clients by balancing their needs, resources and objectives to always
reach results in the client’s best interests. |

Married to the former Holly Clabaugh, a Millersville University
graduate, Mr. Pugh has two children, Hannah and Evan. Travel, history, politics
and the outdoors are among those activities which he enjoys most.
His personal

Biography |
|
Born and raised in Lancaster County, Mr. Samley graduated from
Millersville University with honors in Business Administration and a minor in
Mathematics. He received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law
in 1992. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and
the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Samley is an adjunct instructor for Penn State York where
he teaches courses in Debtor/Creditor Law, Commercial Law, Corporations and Partnerships,
and Understanding and Writing Legal Documents for the Business Professional.
He is a member of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association,
the Estate Planning Council of Lancaster County, the Commercial Industrial Real
Estate Council of Lancaster, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy
Conference, and the Lancaster Lions Club.
He is a staff officer of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and an instructor
for the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission where he teaches courses in safe
boating. An avid boater and outdoorsman, Mr. Samley enjoys spending summer weekends
at his family cottage in Maryland. An avid clarinetist, he is a principal for
the Lititz Community Band and plays with the Ephrata Concert and Millersville
University Summer Concert Bands. |

Biography |

A
lifelong Lancaster resident, David received a Bachelor of Arts degree
with honors from Franklin and Marshall College, and, after graduate
work at The Pennsylvania State University, earned his Juris Doctor at
the Dickinson School of Law.
He has been admitted
to practice before The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and The
U.S. Supreme Court.
David’s community involvement
includes having served as President of Lancaster Sertoma Club (which
operates the world’s largest chicken barbecue annually at Lancaster’s
Long’s Park).
He has served as President of Family and Children’s Service
of Lancaster County. David has served as President of the Donegal Society.
An
avid reader of science fiction; David is also deeply involved in church
affairs. The Wagenseller family includes his wife, Linda, and a son and
a daughter.

Biography |
|
Born in Scranton Pennsylvania but a resident of Lancaster County
since infancy, Sam is a graduate of Manheim Township High School in
1966, where he was a member of the County championship tennis team for
two years, a member of the National Honor Society, and the Candlelight
Singers (a cappella group).
He has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme
Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court
for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
He is active on the Boards of several community organizations including the
James Buchanan Foundation (President, Board of Trustees, 2004-2006), Grave Concern,
Inc (Vice President), and the Open Arms Christian Child Care Center. He received
the Access to Justice Award in 2002 from the Lancaster Bar Association, and was
elected President of the LBA in 2006. Sam is an elder in his church, a former
Sunday School teacher, and a tenor in the church choir.
Sam's interests include traveling, hiking, friendly poker games, bocce (he
is Secretary of the Lancaster Bocce League), fishing, trivia tournaments, history,
blues and rock and roll music, fantasy baseball, real baseball, and getting together
with family, which includes Wife Debbie, and grown sons Alex and Travis. |
